The T3s are better than humans in every way and I'm pretty sure they can use the highest tier implants as well. T4s are beastly. Move fast, work fast, research stupidly fast. With high tier implants they can have a move speed of 15+, a global work speed of a few hundred percent and significant bonuses to to pretty much everything else.Mind uploads are something that allows transferring personality from one android or neural chip user, to another.
