The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) is an independent corporation that was founded in 1895 as one of seven regional accreditors in the United States. HLC accredits degree-granting post-secondary educational institutions in the United States. HLC is as an institutional accreditor, accrediting the institution as a whole. HLC Mission May 1, 2023 · Time: 1:15pm to 2:00pm. Location: HSC Provost's Conference Room, Library Suite 223. The HLC Site Visit Team invites faculty, particularly those involved in the APC process, to a discussion with a member of the Site Visit Review Team.
